1. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All Nawol products are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, depending on the destination country.
For made-to-order items, production takes approximately 2 weeks, so the total lead time is 3–4 weeks.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided upon shipment.
2. Shipping Fee & Customs
• All Nawol products are shipped free of charge via DHL. No additional shipping fee will be applied.
• A minimum order amount of $200 is required to proceed to checkout. Orders below $200 cannot be completed.
• Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price and must be borne by the customer.
• Some countries may charge additional import duties or processing fees, which the buyer is responsible for.
3. Customs Clearance
Depending on your country, additional documents or declarations may be required.
Some regions may request personal identification numbers or tax forms.
If customs authorities request information, the customer must respond directly.
Delays in response may lead to return shipping or extra charges.
4. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, international shipments may be delayed due to:
• Customs inspection delays
• Changes in international flight schedules
• Local delivery issues (e.g., high-volume seasons, weather)
• Public holidays or national observances

5. Address Change Not Possible
Shipping address cannot be changed after placing an order.
Incorrect addresses may result in lost or returned packages, which is the customer’s responsibility.
Please double-check your address before checkout.
6. ✔ Theft Protection & Signature Delivery
• Nawol is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
• If you prefer signed delivery or pickup, please contact your local DHL service center and request “Signature Required” or “Pick-up at Delivery Center.”
• If you live in an area with a high risk of loss, we recommend taking extra precautions with your delivery instructions.
7. Return-to-Sender & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer not available
• Incomplete customs declaration
• Failed delivery attempts or expired pickup time
You will be responsible for return and re-shipping costs. Please contact our customer service if you would like us to re-ship your package.
8. Gift Packaging
All products are packaged in a jewelry box wrapped in traditional Korean cloth (bojagi) and shipped in a protective box. No additional gift-wrapping options are provided.
