Nawol is a one-person jewelry brand where the designer designs and manufactures the jewelry himself.
We value the creation of one-of-a-kind pieces rather than mass production, and all processes are carried out with care in our studio in Seoul.

Each piece of jewelry is not made by machine, but is a work of art created by hand from design to crafting, carving, and finishing. We hope that customers will feel Nawol’s jewelry is even more special through designs that combine tradition and modernity.

We love tradition, the beauty of nature, and delicate details, and we constantly research ways to incorporate their charm into a modern sensibility.

Rather than simply appreciating tradition, I have learned traditional crafts myself and developed a deep understanding. By learning traditional craft techniques and the delicacy of handwork, I have incorporated this into modern jewelry design to create pieces that can be preserved for a long time without change.

If there is a new technology, I learn it, I challenge myself, and eventually I create it.
If there is a design you want, you will continue to research without stopping despite numerous failures, and you will constantly think, experiment, and develop to complete the most ideal form.

Nawol's jewelry does not simply maintain tradition. It reinterprets the beauty of the past in a modern way, and develops into a more complete work by adding new techniques and sensibilities. Nawol's jewelry is constantly being reborn because it never stops challenging itself.

Nawol's jewelry captures the accidental beauty created by nature, rather than artificial symmetrical beauty. Natural materials such as pearls, mother-of-pearl, and natural stones all have different textures, colors, and luster. Nawol cherishes the unique beauty of nature that is not repeated in the same form.

In order to understand this charm more deeply, I am studying pearls, mother-of-pearl, and natural stones and thinking about how to bring out their characteristics. In order to present more reliable jewelry to customers, I have systematically learned the identification, processing, and design of natural stones and pearls, and have obtained a nationally certified gem appraiser and a precious metals-related qualification.

We create jewelry that maximizes the unique beauty of each stone and conveys a deeper charm through light and time. Patterns created by chance, colors that change depending on the angle of light, and the natural feel of the touch. All of these elements come together in harmony to create a one-of-a-kind, special jewelry.
