The Making of Nawol's Unique Earring Backs

The back of an earring is usually a small, unnoticeable detail, but for Nawol, it is by no means a simple accessory.

The back decorations that were completed this time were all handcrafted by Na-wol, one by one.

The delicate texture and small curves on the surface are not decorations but contain Nawol's unique formative language.

From the very beginning of the design, we paid attention to not only functional stability but also the aesthetic appeal of the Nawol from the back.

The idea that even the parts that are not visible when wearing jewelry should be beautiful — that was the starting point for this work.

Although the finished product is small, it contains countless trials and errors and the delicate touch of the fingertips.
